Position: Communications Interpreter/Translator

Location: Kissimmee FL
The Communications Language Translator (CLT) will be responsible for providing translation of both Spanish and English emergency and non-emergency calls over the phone. The CLT will receive instruction in English from a 911 Operator and will promptly restate the question or instruction in Spanish to the caller. The CLT will provide prompt feedback in English to the 911 Operator. In addition, the CLT will process non-emergency and administrative calls for service.
